Dr Brownell considers urology to be a unique field of medicine. She appreciates that it offers her the ability to treat a variety of conditions, both medically and surgically, while developing long-standing relationships with her patients. Taught by her mother that she could accomplish anything through hard work and determination, she is thankful that each day provides her with new opportunities to make a difference in her patients’ lives. In her free time, Dr Brownell enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She likes to exercise regularly, bike, cook, travel, attend concerts and sporting events. She also enjoys opportunities to volunteer in her community.
