Aaron Phypers claimed he "fears for his parents" after his estranged wife Denise Richards showed up at his house, according to dispatch audio obtained by PEOPLE.

Police were called when Denise Richards showed up to Aaron Phypers' home to retrieve her dog after accusing him of having her other pup put to sleep.

The "RHOBH" alum's attorney claimed Richards "entered the home to retrieve her dogs after learning that Mr. Phypers had put down one of her other dogs without her knowledge or permission."
