It's been nearly three weeks since a devastating fire tore through the Gabriel House assisted living facility, killing 10 residents and injuring dozens of others.

The suit, filed Thursday in Bristol County Superior Court, accused Gabriel House of "negligence" for an extensive list of alleged problems. Safety system components such a fire panel, pump and sprinklers were not operational during the fire,

Three more residents are suing Gabriel House, the assisted living home in Fall River, Massachusetts where 10 people died in a fire last month.
