The Detroit Lions have signed tight end Kenny Yeboah, who has spent the last four seasons with the New York Jets.

Former New York Jets tight end Kenny Yeboah is signing a one-year contract with the Lions, according to a report from the Detroit Free Press. Yeboah is a four-year veteran who had spent the entirety of his career with the Jets. Financial terms of the contract were not immediately reported.

Kenny Yeboah caught his first career TD pass from Aaron Rodgers last season and is best known for his blocking prowess.

Yeboah, 26, played the last four seasons with the New York Jets. The 6-foot-4, 250-pounder has nine career catches.
