Late actor Kim Sae-ron's family is set to press charges not only against YouTuber Lee Jin-ho but also actor Kim Soo-hyun and reporters from SBS and Dispatch, the family's legal representation said Monday.

According to a report by Koreaboo, Kim Sae Ron’s mother urged Kim Soo Hyun to publicly acknowledge their alleged underage relationship and issue an apology. She also called on GoldMedalist to admit to manipulating the media over the past three years by denying any romantic involvement between the two.

The statement added that "if the controversy surrounding the cast member continues, it could further damage the purpose of Good Day".

The grieving family demands: "We ask Kim Soo-hyun to admit to dating Kim Sae-ron when she was a minor and issue an official apology."
