Measles outbreak reaches West Texas: 24 cases confirmed, Abilene doctor urges vaccination
While flu cases continue to spread across the Big Country, another health concern is emerging — measles. Health officials have confirmed 24 cases in Gaines County, about 100 miles west of Snyder in Scurry County.
