The Washington Wizards and Utah Jazz will face off in an NBA 2K26 Summer League matchup tonight in Las Vegas. Fans can catch the action on ESPN beginning at 10 p.m. ET with streaming available through FuboTV, Sling, DirecTV and ESPN+.
The New York Knicks have enough room to sign one more player to a veteran’s minimum contract. While they are expected to use that spot to fill in backcourt depth, they could use it to add more in the frontcourt instead.
When looking at the Wizards, they come off a rough last showing vs. the Philadelphia 76ers, a game in which finish 74-58 in favor of Philadelphia, to where they now sit at 1-2 during their three summer league contests in Vegas. Wednesday night vs. Utah presents an opportunity to even up at 2-2 before their fifth game.
Ideally, a contending team ought to have the personnel to match up well against any kind of lineup, from a small-ball opponent to an opponent that starts two bigs. The Wizards’ brain trust intends to become that kind of team eventually. But not now. It’s still too early in the rebuild.
