The NFL has announced the date for the Broncos' divisional round playoff game, but the time and TV channel will arrive Monday.
Following a first-round bye, the top-seeded Broncos will host the Buffalo Bills in the Divisional Round on Saturday, Jan. 17. The NFL will announce the kickoff time — 2:30 p.m. MT or 6 p.m. MT — and TV network on Monday.
The upstart 2024 Broncos were bullied by the Bills in the Wildcard Round last year, exiting Upstate New York with a 31-7 loss. The Broncos scored early in that game, but never even came close to sniffing the end zone in the remaining three quarters.
If the Broncos win the divisional round, they would then host the AFC Championship game on Jan. 25. Depending on how the AFC's matchups shake out, candidates to play in that game could include Buffalo, Houston, Pittsburgh, the New England Patriots (No. 2) or the Jacksonville Jaguars (No. 3).
The Broncos earned the No. 1 seed, yet opened as home underdogs against the Bills, continuing a season-long trend of doubt and disrespect.

The NFL wild-card round certainly lived up to it's name. The Denver Broncos and Seattle Seahawks, the top seeds in the AFC and NFC, respectively, will get in on the action this weekend in the divisional round after earning first-round byes.
