LOS ANGELES — Shohei Ohtani continues to prove why he’s the best player in baseball. Ohtani propelled the Los Angeles Dodgers to a 5-1 win against the Milwaukee Brewers in Game 4 of the National League Championship Series, pitching six innings of brilliant ball while launching three home runs.
Dodgers star Shohei Ohtani will take the mound opposite Milwaukee left-hander Jose Quintana as the Dodgers try to sweep the series on Friday night at Dodger Stadium.
The two were fit hits last season together as well — along with Mookie Betty’s’ wife Brianna Betts — through the playoffs and World Series where Freddie was the MVP. With a win tonight, they’ll all be back for the big show.
The Milwaukee Brewers lost to the Los Angeles Dodgers, 3-1, in Game 3 of the NLCS, and are one loss from elimination.
