As Jaialdi celebrates Basque culture in Boise this week, discover the deep Basque roots in nearby Emmett that began with the Salt Mill in the 1920s.

There will be an entrance and parking map on the Roadhouse at the Mill Facebook page as the big game gets closer. The Roadhouse Mill is located at 520 East Main Street in Emmett.
