A 10-year-old boy died from a gunshot wound on a residential South Jersey street on Tuesday afternoon, police said. The boy was shot near the 400 block of Westminster Boulevard in Washington Township, Gloucester County, township police said in a statement. Police responded to the incident at 2:34 p.m.

Two Alabama men were found shot to death in a wooded area near a walking trail, Tennessee police said. Officers began investigating the deaths as a double homicide April 28 after a resident on the trail reported finding the men in the woods between an apartment complex and a lake, the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department said in a news release.
