Two San Antonio families seek justice after police say a pregnant woman, her boyfriend and their unborn child were killed in a drug deal.

Four people were killed, including a 3-year-old boy, when a fast-moving fire tore through a building in Queens on Monday afternoon, according to officials.

Meanwhile, Iran took credit for attacks on ships in the Strait of Hormuz as U.S. gas prices reached a national average of $3.59 a gallon.

Attorneys say Andrew Hayes was wrongfully convicted of murder in 2010. The victim's son dug into the case and secured a recorded confession.
