A Milwaukee woman is charged with five felonies, including reckless homicide, after prosecutors say she caused the fatal crash while fleeing police last week on the city's Lower East Side.

A Milwaukee woman is charged with five felonies, including reckless homicide, after prosecutors say she caused a fatal crash while fleeing police.

"He's a very hard worker ... just trying to get a better life, like everybody else in the land of opportunities," the victim's uncle said.
