If you’re looking for a reason to believe Breece Hall is in for a breakout season, just look at the conversation coming from the current New York Jets coaching staff versus the last one. Near the end of the 2023 season,
Outlook: Unless Allen or Davis massively level up on their disappointing rookie years, Hall remains by far the best runner on this roster, as well as one of its most important pass catchers. Overheated in recent years, Hall’s ADP is more reasonable for 2025. He’s a sturdy RB2 with the upside for much more.
Hall isn’t wrong about any of that. Hall’s production, obviously, has lagged behind both Williams and Cook. And both have been in far better offensive situations. The Jets were an offensive disaster the last two years as they tailored their attack to fit Aaron Rodgers and little else.
