The top-ranked teams in the field face off today as the LSU Tigers face the Arkansas Razorbacks in Men’s College World Series action.
OMAHA, NE ― Day 2 of the 2025 Men's College World Series saw powerhouse LSU move into the winners bracket while mid-major darlings Murray State will face elimination against Arkansas. The Tigers saw a strong start from Kade Anderson in a 4-1 win over the Razorbacks, while UCLA defeated the Racers, 6-4.
Sparked by a 4-run fourth, the 15th-seeded Bruins hang on 6-4 as the unseeded Racers chip away but come up short; UCLA gets No. 3 Arkansas or No. 6 LSU next.
The #3 Razorbacks fell to #6 LSU 4-1 Saturday night in the opening round of the College World Series. The lone run was off the bat from a Kennett native. Reese Robinett hit a solo home run in the bottom of the 6th.
