The 49ers pinned their hopes on young defensive players, the Bears gave their new offensive whiz new toys and the Patriots finally supported their quarterback.

The Cleveland Browns released a hype video for what turned out to be an extensive draft class, notably selecting defensive tackle Mason Graham, linebacker Carson Schwesinger, running back Quinshon Judkins, tight end Harold Fannin Jr. and quarterbacks Dillon Gabriel and Shedeur Sanders.

ESPN’s Mel Kiper Jr. got downright weird ― or weirder, in his mostly likable way ― as Sanders slid past the Steelers at No. 21, then the Giants at No. 25 (after they traded back into the first round for Mississippi quarterback Jaxson Dart), and all the way to Friday’s Day 2 of the draft.
