The NHL has fined Edmonton Oilers defenseman Jake Walman $10,000 for two separate incidents during his team’s 6-1 loss Monday to the Florida Panthers in Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final at Amerant Bank Arena. Walman, the former Detroit Red Wing, was fined $5,000 each for roughing Matthew Tkachuk and for unsportsmanlike conduct.

Stanley Cup Final is the same as the 2024 Stanley Cup Final, but the early results are different. The defending champion Florida Panthers lost the opener but now lead the Edmonton Oilers 2-1 after a Game 3 rout.
