The David Campbell Memorial used to be a sparkling tribute to Portland’s fire service since the 1900s, but today, the plaques memorializing their names have been stolen or torn up.

The Portland Police Bureau is asking for the public’s help in identifying a person of interest connected to a series of non-injury shootings believed to be targeting homeless people in north Portland.
