Donna Adelson and her defense team will be in court Friday morning asking a judge to move her upcoming trial out of Tallahassee.

His arrest comes after the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office requested the GBI to investigate child molestation allegations against Dylan Cofty on June 2, according to the GBI.
