Authorities in Vancouver on Tuesday revealed additional details about the victims of Saturday's vehicle-ramming incident, stating the youngest murder victim was a 5-year-old girl.

A 30-year-old Vancouver man was arrested at the scene and the department’s Major Crime Section is overseeing the investigation, police said.

A number of people have been killed in Vancouver and multiple others are injured after a driver plowed into a crowd at a street festival on Saturday evening.
