After nearly four years of talk and planning, construction on a $30 million golf-themed entertainment facility near the Buffalo River is slated to begin by late spring.
Architect and Michigan native Chris Wilczynski will work on bunkers, greens and fairways at the golf course about 45 minutes outside Detroit.
