SPRINGDALE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Arkansas State Police made an arrest in the recent Devil’s Den double homicide case. James Andrew McGann, 28, is charged with two counts of capital murder. ASP says McGann was taken into custody at 4:57 p.m. on July 30 at a business in Springdale.
