A benefit cheat failed to declare more than £90,000 of income over a four-year period.

Lincoln-based IT firm Apogee, part of the Hewlett Packard empire, has won a £6.5m contract to supply The States of Guernsey with IT hardware and lifecycle services across the public sector.
