Oct 15, 2023 · With a massive 218 tractors, it was Tom that we remembered on Sunday, but what the tractor run stood for turned out to be much more. It was the opportunity for the rural community to come together, to talk, the swap stories, to compare tractors, the take in the beautiful scenery of South Cumbria.

Oct 18, 2023 · Tom Allan, aged 18, was killed in a crash last year and the Cumbria Young Farmers Clubs came together to organise the tractor run in his memory. With 218 tractors in total, the procession went through Endmoor, Firbank, Sedbergh and Barbondale before finishing at Kirkby Lonsdale Rugby Club.

Oct 19, 2022 · Cumbria police said shortly after 1.30 am on Sunday morning a Ford Fiesta was found having left Gatebeck Road. The incident occurred near the entrance to Parkdean Resorts holiday park. Despite the best efforts of paramedics, the driver, named locally as Tom Allan, was pronounced dead at the scene.
