Francisco José Martin (born March 23, 1966) [1] is an American basketball coach serving as the head coach for the University of Massachusetts men's basketball team. Martin was previously the head coach of the University of South Carolina men's basketball team for ten seasons.

Frank Martin enters his second season at the helm of the Massachusetts men's basketball program in 2023-24. Martin was named the 23rd head coach in men’s basketball history in March of 2022. The Minutemen opened Martin’s first season at the helm with a 7-1 record and a Myrtle Beach Invitational title.
