A week late but I finally made my birthday cake! It’s a fabulously light genoise with lemon cream filling and a black sesame buttercream and oh boy was it delicious! Also let’s not talk about the decoration because this was a redo. I was having a bad day, feeling really burnt out and that really showed in the cake, it was UGLY.
