The Department of Environmental Services staff took part in the blessing of the new Hale ʻO Honouliuli Facility on Monday. Hale ʻO Honouliuli is a milestone for ENV: bringing many of ENV’s divisions together under one roof to strengthen collaboration, connection, and our shared mission to protect Oʻahu’s environment.
