Kim Davis was the first victim jailed, sued, and held personally liable post-Obergefell for her religious beliefs when she refused to put her name on same-sex “marriage” licenses as a county clerk in Kentucky. Today, the Supreme Court met to decide if it will hear her case (Davis v. Ermold) this term. If the Court hears this pivotal case, it could overturn Obergefell and affirm religious liberty.
