UPDATE; Lawyer Atta Akyea says the Accra High Court has officially given him the case and granted him time to study the case file after taking over from Lawyer Andy Appiah Kubi. He added that the Tano Nümri Forest case has been adjourned to October 26 and 27, with a virtual hearing scheduled for August 18 due to the criminal nature of the case.
