Jed Moore, the head rodeo coach at Colorado Northwestern Community College in Rangely and a retired PRCA bull rider, was recently challenged to ride Summit Pro Rodeo's Cross the Line during the rodeo team's eighth annual fundraiser - called Rangely Rock N' Bulls.
