Pretty sure I didn’t do this first batch correctly, but you live and learn, and that’s a big reason I’m sharing! If you share as you’re learning something new, you typically run into mistakes others can learn from that an “expert” might skim over. My grapes definitely weren’t completely dry, but they were eaten so quickly it doesn’t really matter. The apples were also gone within 24 hours. According to a comment, I learned that you’re supposed to freeze-dry until your foods stop losing weight, u
